Greetings from Seattle

I've been lurking here for months and decided finally to throw my hat into the ring.

I began as a guitar player waaay back when I was about 11 years old, but switched to bass after finding a copy of Rush's 2112 album for sale at a yard sale for 25 cents. That was about 31 years ago, and I've been a bassist ever since, though I still play both.

I played in a whole slew of bands from 1987-2003, but now I play mostly for enjoyment at home. I've got an ever-expanding recording set-up that I pollute the air around my house with.

This looks like a really good forum with really supportive people and I'm looking forward to picking as many brains as I can!
