Gretsch Tom Petersson Signature White Falcon bass G6136B-TP-AWT in Aged White Pearl.

Received this beauty about three weeks ago in a trade. I'd wanted to try a hollow body and I'd wanted to try a short scale, so I went for this to scratch both itches. While this is an awesome bass, I learned that short scales just aren't my thing, at least not at the moment.

Bass is in excellent condition. Retail on these beauties is $3800. Save big on a fine piece. Includes all the case candy/paperwork, key, truss rod tool and gold Schaller strap locks that originally came with this bass.

    Specs:
    • Handcrafted in Japan
    • Weight: 9.50 lbs.
    • Top, Back & Side Woods: Laminated Maple w/ gold sparkle binding
    • Neck Wood: Maple w/ gold sparkle binding
    • Fingerboard: Ebony
    • Frets : 22 Medium Jumbo
    • Scale Length: 30.5"
    • Width at Nut: 1.58"
    • Pickups: Gretsch Rumble Tron (Neck), Custom Seymour Duncan Super Tron (Bridge)
    • Controls: Jeweled Bridge and Neck Volume Knobs, Jeweled Master Volume Knob
    • Tuners: Gotoh
    • Case: Gretsch Deluxe Hardshell Case
Trade interests include 5 or 6 string basses unless it's a Fender Custom Shop or a nice acoustic/electric bass plus or minus cash as necessary. High on the list are:

    Smith
    Sadowsky
    MTD
    Yamaha BBNE2
    Roscoe (SKB only)
    Spector
    STR
    A tasty fretless
Feel free to run anything else by me, but please don't be offended if I decline. Thanks for looking.

I really like the Gretsch hollowbody basses. The white falcon is a beautiful bass and this is a great price.

  4. Wish I could join this with my Stephen Stills White Falcon and Brian Setzer Black Phoenix. Bad timing for me but beautiful bass and great price.

If it plays anything like my reissue Gretsch 6072, it's a winner. These are great basses and the White Falcon elements just take it over the top.

    GLWTS!
