    Yea, y'know, its like, good and ..... well, y'know, its the groove, y'know and well, yea, groove is everywhere, y'know and Vic and y'know, Larry Graham, and my thumb and yea, its goin' with the groove, and Stanley and Vic, y'know its good and this pattern and Vic, and y'know (play yet again another pentatonic figure) and y'know its like yea, and the groove and flow and yea, y'know.

    When you do this sort of thing, make sure you have what you want to say written down somewhere. This will organize your ideas better, and cut out all those y'knows.

    Thats my old band with my good friend Mike were taking a break right now and actually I don't know our situation at the moment but the music is ours and there are about 4-5 tracks up on our space there are a whole bunch of basement tracks but i don't have anyway to get a hold of em so thats on hold at the moment but check it out and show some love.
