Grove Patriot '51 Tele P5 - Dropped price by $150. Get it now and bond with it before your July 4th gig! This was a custom build Scott Smail of Grove Guitars made for me in 2013. We were opening for 'America' on July 4, 2013 and he built and got this to me just in time. The boys from 'America' loved it! It's quite the attention getter at gigs! Excellent condition! Selling to fund another bass I have my eye on, so I beg you, don't send trade offers. Scott doesn't make guitars or basses any longer, so these are becoming collectors items. I agree. He made 3 basses for me and I think I was one of his last builds. You can check out his announcement here. Great guy and I wish him well.
Oh man, bummer to hear Scott is no longer building instruments - great guy and great quality. I had him build me this cool crate top - haven't got around to building it yet, and I was thinking of selling it, but now that he isn't around I think I need to keep it!
