Sorry if I post this in the wrong place, but since it pertains to the Boss GT-6B, here goes.

Last night I ran the 6B direct to the board and the soundman immediately started having fits. He said my signal was peaking the board. Apparently the output volume dial on the 6B only adjusts volume for the 1/4 outputs, not the XLR outs. Does anyone know how I can cut the signal thru the XLR? If I turn the effects volume down it helps some, but if I hit the bypass pedal, the level goes back up - extremely hot.

I'm thinking there must be something that can be tweaked at the board. If not, I can run 1/4 out to my MXR 80 DI+ and control the level volume that way. There has to be a simpler way...

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
