    My local guitar center is heaven. I know, I can't believe I'm saying it either. But basically, the second you move past Fender and Gibson, everything is running at least 50% off. I saw a Rodriguez classical guitar that regularly retails for $3000 (on Music123, Zazzle, etc) for $650. And there are similar deals on basses, assuming the brand name isn't huge (Fenders are running at list...).

    I saw a Rick 4003 for $550. Year 2006, no damage, new.

    Apparently, my local GC can't sell anything and is slashing prices like there's no tomorrow.
