Noob question: I play guitar and will be starting bass soon. Can I use my guitar effects (like my Korg Pandora PX4) with a bass rig or is that a no-no for some reason? I don't want to fry my gear :)

no problem there :) the only thing that may happen, is that you might (or probably will) lose some of the bottom - but thats not too big a problem, as long as its for practice use!
so go ahead - Rock on :bassist:

Cool. I don't want to have to buy the bass version of the Pandora on top of the one I already have. It's a nice little practice tool, with a metronome, half-decent effects, etc.
