I thought this was pretty cool.
Pretty sure I have seen skateboard veneers before but this really punches the color up

But did they use real tone crayons?

I grew up in Toronto, where those aren't colored pencils - they are pencil crayons

That’s an awkward way to say it. And I usually enjoy other country “English”

Moreso than the awkwardness of saying "colored pencils"? There no flow to that at all... :D

I dig everything about the guitar and what we can glean from the video about its maker.

    Positive atitude.

    Simple tools and a vision.

The only thing I would have done differently is rear control cavities to expose more of the pencils with no guard.

    Sick guitar. Love it.

no endorsements yet...Are you listening Spector, DR, GK, Line6?
    Hey...lets watch the off color remarks....sheesh ;-)
    Rock on!
  12. All that epoxy or P.E. That's got to weigh a lot more than my bulging C6 under the strap shoulder could live with. You Tube is filled with guys/gals making arty stuff out of colored pencils.
  13. Ok, since you guys are so lazy I will say it:

What's the best [colored pencil/crayon pencil] for metal?

    (I feel so dirty :bawl:)

This should end the tonewood debate!

Just joking. Nevertheless it looks and sounds amazing!

I don't know guys, all that lead is bound to make the thing weigh a ton...
  17. No,no. There are some white pencils in there. Billy can be partially ok with it.

I would be very worried about the neck staying on long term. That's pretty light wood, never mind the filling for the pencils. I would be afraid the screws would strip easily.

I may not be the sharpest pencil in the box but this one is pretty interesting.

I hate it when I'm late to the party... looks like the only thing to mention is "what, no tort"?

Imagine what it'll do to you when it gets road worn...
