I have been using guitar pro for while now. I just sometimes want to print off a song so that I can learn it in my room. But when I print it usually comes too 10+ pages which is uses at of ink. How would I remove the standard notation stuff since I don't really pay attention to the standard notation (even though I CAN read music)? I don't want the standard notation just the tabs or vis versa?

  2. At the top of the screen, just click 'view' and then scroll down and click Standard Notation. That should turn it off.

    That never worked...

    Anyone else have an idea?

Minimize the window to a smaller width and export it as a bmp, then print it.
  5. That's a bit of overkill, wouldn't you think? In the print preview section, the "pref" button will take you to the preferences, and reducing the "global proportions" slider will make everything smaller with no fuss.

That said however, the view-->standard notation should work; what version of guitar pro are you using?
