Guitar Synths

    I have a roland V-bass and pickup. I wondered if anyone knew if GK-2B pickup is compatable with other roland units like the GR-33 and so on

    yes, you can use the gk-2b with units like the GR-20 and Axon 100 midi convertor.

    yeah, and something to consider is that the roland synth units like the 33 or even their cosm units like the vg88 can't track the full range of the instrument - they don't recognize certain low notes (the synths don't recognize below the c on the a string, and the vg8 and vg88 doesn't recognize below the 5th fret or so on every string).

    the axon works beautifully for bass - i have one, and i love it. the vbass as well, made for bass, works great. :hyper:
