A very famous shop in the nearby now got these two gems:

In the last 20+ years I been thru a serious G.A.S. that's why, after all the basses come and gone, I now own the following:

    Current Setup:
Yamaha Attitude Limited II lava red
Yamaha Attitude Limited II all black
    Fender S.Harris West Ham Precision
    Epiphone T-Bird Pro (Hipshot Gb7)
    Ibanez PaulGray Bass
    Trace Elliot T-Bass
    Peavey Cirrus Bxp5
    Warwick Corvette FL5
    G&L L2500 carved top
    Yamaha Trbj1005
    Yamaha Bbn5
    Yamaha Trbj1004
    Yamaha Attitude (DiMarzio WillPower)
    Yamaha Rbx350 (Hipshot Gb7/EMGhz)
    G&L L2000 carved top (Hipshot Bt7)
    Epiphone T-Bird Classic (Hipshot Gb7)
    Fender Precision jr. (DiMarzio ModelOne)
    Axl P.McCartney Violin
    Eko Florence Acoustic
    Ibanez Rd 900 F.Maple
    Ibanez Atk200 Limited

These are off my TB online profile

Given that some are more or less untouchables:
    my brother's Yamaha Attitude Special, Bbn5, Trb1004J and G&L L2000 carved top;
my Yamaha Attitude Limited II (both) Trace Elliot T-Bass T-2 (very, very rare) and Fender Steve Harris West Ham United MasterBuilt Precision

what do you think I can unthoughtfully sacrifice and trade for both Aria Pros?

This time I really need your (virtual) helpin' hand

    Cheers,
    Wallace

    Hmmm...

Are you wanting the Arias for a specific purpose?

Which are the basses that you never play (because with that many, there mus be some that never come out of the case)?

    No particular sonic need:

readin' my profile ("... basses come and gone...") you see I already owned a few things and tried many more out.

Thru the years I came to the conclusion some kind/shape of basses really speak to me, other simply don't, yet I'm firstly an enthusiast player, secondly a collector...

Bein' raised a thrash metal bass player and as said a collector, that's my interest for Aria Pros. Especially considerin' a not so prohibitive pricetag (€. 990,00 for the "Burton Bass", €. 790,00 for the "Reissue")

Bein' an enthusiast doesn't mean there're "unplayed" basses: I play thrash metal with first 10 basses (a fullstep downtuned) while I employ the other 11 (regularly tuned) for my allround cover band, for some spare acoustic sets and praise&worship (church's choir)

That's why my choice is, this time (in the past I bought/sold/traded almost everything) a bit tough

    Cheers,
    Wallace

I think the lack of response is because people don't know the Arias so well, and because that's a long list of basses to try and choose from! :)

If you actually play all the basses, are there any where you feel like one of the other basses does the same job but better, or at least as well?

Why sacrifice any of them? You look a little low on basses.

I had an Aria Pro 2, it was my first bass. If it is a "gem" then I didn't know it. I sold it and it was neck thru, brass nut, etc...nice looking but an absolute tank and the pickup was by far the worst of all basses I've ever played.

Yeah, I *used* to flip basses before buying the next one - then I let a couple "get away" that I wish I had back... Now, if it plays really well and sounds good, I just keep it, and buy the next one I want, anyways... It's not like ya gotta feed 'em or anything, and it's kinda nice to have a bunch of good playing basses I can pick up at random for variety...

In short, I'm the wrong person to ask this question of...

    AltGrendel agreed too

My problem is the shop tellin' me they'd go for absolutely cheap tradin' items (to keep most of the cash) thus, for instance, excludin' Yamaha Attitude Limited IIs (if only I'd ever seriously thought to get rid of)

    Well, something's movin' anyway

    Go on friends:hyper:

Here are two suggestions to help you decide for yourself - Which of your basses cover the same needs and which basses do you use the least.

On the other hand, you've got 21 basses. Are you afraid 23 is too many??

The reason while I specified they're aimin' to keep as much more cash as they can

    Cheers,

Ps: il Tuo italiano è pressoché eccellente

C'è chi in Italia non sa usarlo come Te:D

Well... actually... I already "touched" 23 a few weeks ago:D (and managed to sell a Warwick Corvette and a Ibanez Atk310 in the meantime)

Yes... they already are too many like this

Maybe I should sell three in the moment of buyin' two (but no room for "for sale ads" right here and now)

    Cheers,
    Wallace
