Yep, another SX thread. But this SX is $100, has the PJ configuration and the head stock actually says 'Rock N Rose' rather than Gypsy Rose. Got a 32" scale.

It's different, it's cool. I like it. Marketing don't mean a thing to me, so I don't look at it as a 'girl' bass just because of the design - at least not with this one anyway.

I'm still thinking on a few SX basses, the Dean EVO XM and one or two others under $200. This one catches my eye just cuz it's something different.

I had Brian at Buzzard's Bass Shop massage one of these 32" SX Gypsy Rose PJ's into a pro player for the kids at Sheppard Public School. (Except that I chose one in 'theft-proof-pink' instead of sugar black.)

BTW. Brian offers a range of upgrades for these 32" SX PJ's, including 'de-feminised' colour schemes.
