Hi, I'm new to bass playing and these days I search for an amp that will give me a decent tone and volume for practice/small gigs. I found two relevant amps for sale at second hand: H&K Basskick 505 and Fender Bassman 150 - they're both 150W and at about the same price. As a beginner I ask for your advice which one is a better choice. The only marked difference in the specs is the weight, which is almost double for the H&K, so it's a consideration to prefer the Fender. But I'd learn a lot from anyone's experience with these amps. Thanks!
