    I'm back in the jazz club again!


    I just won the bid 1325$

    new as of march USA JO,Shorline gold,Alder,rosewood, factory intalled Jretro,Dtuner,Gig bag.

    Probally putting flats on it. Back to the thump!

    Very nice, I like the string through body option as well.

    On a side note, that is a very nice looking dog in your avatar! Best friends for life, that's for sure.

    You got me jonesin for a jazz bass as well. I know it won't be anytime soon, but it will probably be a Skyline Joe Osborne. I don't even have my 55-02 yet (Monday:D :D ) but I am already looking forward to getting another bass.

    Slick deal. I got my teal green metallic one for about the same price. It has the Bartolini preamp though, and a matching headstock. Definitely worth the dough! I just installed Rotosound Swing Bass on mine and I got the cool "piano string" tone.

    Great bass and great dog. I have two labs (black and chocolate). If we could just teach them to play drums, they'd be even more perfect than they already are.

    I'm really nervous this is my first ebay perchase. I cant stand the thought of not playing a instrument before buying.

    Every JO Ive tried has been a great jazz. When I get the bass I'm going to have Anthony Vitti bring his best basses to a lesson so we can compare, he's a real J bass snob! we'll see how the lakland holds up.


    Ben is great I hope you looked at the link above so you saw my other dog,Charlie, he's a (black) border collie mix and his photograph at that size just doesnt work so ben get the publicity!
