What kind of P is Pino using? Looks like 2 mudbuckers?
thought I saw a normal p
Looks like a pair of Gibson Thunderbird (original real T'bird PUPs, not the newer ones) PUPs to me.
Not too sure but it sounded good!!
Look like some sort of smaller soapbars to me. Strange custom beast for sure.
I just saw it as well. It definately had 2 humbuckers in it. They looked like EMG's. The whole band sounded awesome! I love Pino. Did you all notice the big Ashdown cab he had.
I thought they looked like EMG's, but they looked too big. Did anyone notice polepieces?
Interesting spin on a Fenderbird. All Fender P bass body with T-bird pups.
I can see some future GAS for some Mike Lull T-bird pups in one of his P basses.
That was the oddest bass I have seen in a while..
No logo on the headstock, either.
+1 to Tbird pups. Looked like the old 70s chrome covered ones.
No offense to Daltrey, but he looks like an old woman with that get-up.
+1. Pino did great, but it just wasn't the same without John.
Those were definetly EMG's. Frankenbass?
Was hoping for a "Pino" and expecting a Jag. It sounded great though!
Isn't there a fender model with two soapbars in it? Can't recall the name.
he's pino. he can get what ever he wants. might be just a p with emg's
I got a bigger kick out of Townsend and his 60 year old man belly on some of the windmills....that and his "Gangsta" look....
Seriously, they sounded good! I like Pino but he is no Entwistle....I wish they showed a little more of Pino as he is part of the band, no?
Separate names with a comma.
