Hello all looking for Jackson, Charvel or Hamer w/ Thunerbird body style , or Hamer Scarab
what is a Jackson TBX? I searched google but it does not come up with anything specific.
Gotta be a typo then, right?
You know more about Jackson than any 3 people I can name
ya I know..... I didn't know Bunky was on the talkbass forum until now. Looks like he just joined.
( he wants this one but it is not a Jackson TBX )
lol yeah that is the bass
someday ,,,,,,someday lol
It's a super cool bass, very well made.
well maybe someone who has one will see this thread and PM you with a sale and your hunt will be over.
It won't be me! That bass just kills, and won't be leaving my hands anytime soon.
well that answers that question then....lol
yessssss, like that one,,,,
This one is similar, but not exact- knobs are in a different configuration. I'm a noob to the forum- any idea where I could post to get this identified? On the bottom of the fretboard is "J5465" so I believe it was made in 1995, and again looks like the TBX but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated!
that is a USA version t-bird you can't look up the serial on those converters. That was made in Ontario Cal. in 1989.
I think someone added that lowest pot but you would have to turn it over and let me see the inside.
Thanks a lot, Amimbari. Here is a pic of the backside with the panel open. Does that help or should I take one more zoomed in/out?
no that is fine. Someone added that je2000 preamp in there ---- I mean who uses masking tape and nobody soldered a ground onto that lower pot to tie it into the others ...lol
Anyway, it was probably a passive with the 2 knobs and switch when it left the factory.
