Hamer Slammer question

I have this bass that I know extremely little about.

I have never seen another exactly like it. The body style is clearly a Blitz BZ4 but it is fretless.

Here are some pictures I took, sorry about the quality.

I have scoured the web but never managed to find a fretless Hamer Slammer that looks like this. Do you think someone defretted it theirself or did Hamer sell these and I just haven't been able to find any?

I'm not particuarlly fond of this bass, but I'd like to know something about it before I sell it.

I don't know much about them, but I'm willing to bet that since it's an inexpensive bass, someone may have used it as a project bass to work on their fret removing skills or had it professionally converted to fretless. That's my $.02

these were not offered in fretless. It is also still a current model.

The color you have is "cobolt" blue (the only color they're offered in) and current retail is $359.50.

I'll probably sell it. I don't expect to get much for it, but then again, I don't have much.
