Trying to restore a 70's era Epiphone hollowbody archtop bass. Cannot locate pickups or bridge. Pickup cavities are cut similar to a P-90 shape, but much wider than a standard humbucker cavity. HELP! I've already searched ebay, Stew-Mac, All-Parts, etc.

  2. Did you contact Gibson?

A 70s Epi is Japanese made. Forget about trying to find parts for restoration any way except by scavenging them.

Gibson will NOT have parts, trust me. They are doing pretty good when they still have parts for something that they made just 5 years ago.

  4. That was just a stab. Keep an eye on eBay, anything can pop up there.
