Me too! I'm not really set up for that at the moment. Considering how impressed I was with my HB bass, and the price of this amp, I just ordered it. Now I need to buy a(2) 10" driver(s) for my enclosure(s) I've been using a sentimental 15w crate amp for the last 5 years. My only real setup was a Fender 1x18, 2x10 with a giant& heavy dual bass 400 head.
I came across the news as well. TBH, IMO if it pushes out reliable stated wattage in a linear way and those sliders do a decent job for balancing or further adjusting your preamp pedal's colour for the cab's response, that's job done. I'd rather it be as understated and reliable as possible.
Interesting. Bonus points for including a level control for Line In! No information on the EQ points, though.
Not much room for a second one, and you can always daisy chain a second cabinet off the first (provided the cab has two jacks).
Im asking this out of curiosity and mean not to upset in any way. But since speaker jacks and cab jacks are all pretty much run in parallell these days, and jack redundancy aside, why do you prefer 2 speaker jacks?
All good.. I have modular cabs that do not have parallel speaker jacks. I figured the standard on most amps is at least two speaker jacks. Seems like its been that way for a long time. I thought it was the standard but I'm obviously wrong.
You’re not wrong. It’s definitely the most common to see two, but with a box this small I imagine they couldn’t physically fit a second one.
