I was wondering if anyone knew which bass Steve was using during the Two Minutes To Midnight, from Powerslave. It had the layout of a P but the upper cutaway was filled in and it was blue. For all I know, it might be the same P, with a body modification.

    Thanks In Advance,
    Jack

  2. I think it was a Lado

    Yep. It was a Lado.

Oh, and the infamous P has been around since the beginning--he's just had it refinished a bunch of times. :bassist:

  4. He also played an Ibanez Roadstar as well as Lado's and P's.

Thanks guys. It says DO on the headstock, but the LA is covered by his arm. Duh

    Thanks again.

LADO. Yes. Go to their website...they still make a Steve Harris Signature. It is a Thunderbird copy called a Unicorn bass (I believe)...has a really funky headstock.
