Has anyone had a Hartke 3500 Fuse Problem? I've had an issue where my model had blown a fuse recently. The fuse blew while I was playing, and I had a some replacement fuses specifically in the size that blew. I replaced them, and immediately after turning on the amp, the replaced fuses blew out as well. I blew two fuses just by turning on my amp. Does anyone know what might potentially be the problem before I spend an arm and leg trying to take it to a professional?

About the only thing that might cause fuses to blow that you can fix yourself is a short in the cable or speaker.

You have lost a filter cap, bridge rectifier or most likely one or more output transistors.
Save yourself time and money and just take it to a tech. You'll live longer that way.
