This is just a little question:

Hartke 3500 Runs at either 8 or 4 ohms. Does that mean that I can plug in any 4 ohm cab, or does that mean that I have to use both outputs to be running at 4 ohms?

you can run 1 speaker cord from1 output to one 4ohm cab and you'll be fine.

you can run 2 speaker cords from 2 outputs to two 8ohm cabs and you'll be fine.

The 3500 has two speaker outputs.

If you plug two cabs, make sure they're both 8 ohms which will equal 4 ohms between the two. That way you'll get 350 watts, FULL POWER out of the amp.

You can also plug one 8 ohms cab and get 240 watts. or plug only one 4 0hms cab and get 350 watts.

NEVER plug an 8 ohm cab and an 4 ohm cab at the same time. You could fry the amp.

    Enjoy your 3500; I am.
