Hartke Model 3500 Transient Attack solid state amp.

Has two pre-amps, one solid state, one tube. Service was done about 3 years ago and tube was replaced by a local reputable tech. 350 watts into 4 ohms. 240 into 8 ohms. Sounds great, louder than you would think for that wattage. Solid as a rock, good basic amp for backup or inexpensive gigging option. A couple of the LED's on the equalizer don't work but all the controls work fine.

The line out is a little noisy - but others have told me that this is typical for these amps. I dunno, I just know that the line out had some background noise - not a quiet signal - so I just didn't the line out anymore.

Amp is mounted in a 2U size SKB Case (Amp sale includes the case). Case has some scuff's and a couple minor dents - its done its job in protecting the amp. Have tried to capture this in the photos.

Selling because I've got two GK amps that are smaller and I need to scale down my gear in preparation to move. I've had the amp for about 10 years but for the past 6 or 7 its just been a backup amp for me.

Local pickup preferred but willing to ship it you're willing to pay the UPS costs. I live in Middlesex County and work down towards Cherry Hill. could meet somewhere to work out the logistics.

Oh - just to be clear - the Hartke amp & rack case is the only thing for sale here. Includes a IEC power cord.

Still Available. House going on the market soon.
I’d rather sell it than move it.

IMO, these are the best, cheap workhorse amps ever made. They sound good (especially the tube pre) and the compression really works great. My main amp is a Mesa but I occasionally use the Hartke just to change things up.

Crazy-good-deal bump! Not to be confused with the HA3500. These "Model 3500" amps are the earlier version and in my opinion preferable. The HA series are fine amps too, but I would take one of these earlier ones over most amps available under $1k. Just super clear, punchy tone and great flexibility between the two preamps and graphic EQ. Even the onboard compressor is useful when dialed in mindfully. Somebody needs to snag this up before I convince myself I need a backup for mine!

Exactly. Mine is the earlier one like this one is. You don't see them for sale too often and I'll never sell mine.

    Hmmmmmmmmm..............

How much to ship to 60140 ?

These PUMP. This was my first big boy amp back in the day and there was virtually nothing I couldn't do with it.

I have responded to all PM's on this.

Thanks for the compliments. I like it too, This was also my first amp after graduating from a 25 watt practice amp. If I weren't moving, I'd keep it.
But with two GK's I'm set and need to parse my collection.

I think I want to get this as a birthday gift for my daughter - she's learning bass and is using a 25 watt practice amp.

    PM sent.
