Hartke HA3500 EQ Issues

    So I had a Hartke HA3500 and the new buyer just messaged me stating that when the EQ is engaged there is a loud pop sound, a significant decrease in power and hum noise coming from the amp.

    When the graphic EQ is not used the amp functions as normal.

    Anyone had issues with this and have potential remedies?

    Yep... I have the same problem. Seems like, this is a Hartke weakness :(
    Do you have any solution found?
