Hartke HA3500??

    Hey what dose evyone think of the harkeHA3500 head?? what would b a good cab/cab's for it? Im lookin for alot of bottom end but @ the same time i wana keep up my mids. and highs. Any suggestions??

    Get the 4x10 cabs with it...transporter or something. If you want a second cab, get another 4x10. I wish I hadn't bothered getting my 1x15.

    Get the 3500A (AAA!). The other has poorly designed case and knobs, and the knobs can break off in transit.

    The compression isn't very good. Get a rack or pedal compressor.

    I like the slider eqs.

    The older 3500s had an output level control for the DI...the new ones don't, for some reason...I wish they had.

    I like the contour controls...I use them alot.

    I always have the tube cranked, and the solid state off. I don't like the solid state sound on this amp.

    Overall, I'm happy with my 3500. I tried a GK1001-RB, cause I thought maybe I'd like an upgrade but frankly the tones in my Hartke are very close to it.
