Does anybody have one of these? I am very interested in this model. Only play in my room, the youtube videos sound OK to me. Just wondering if any one has played one.

  2. Is it a big room? I have a 115c and it's very, very loud. I also have a full LH1000 + Hydrive 410 and 115 rig. As you can gather I am a fan of the new Hartke hybrid cones, and my guess is that the 112c is a really sweet combo suitable for small/medium venues (dependant upon your music genre of course). I hope you don't live in a shared building as this 250w combo will upset your neighbours for sure!

  3. The Hartke Kickback and A series combos are also worth considering, they go from 8" 25w up to 15" 120w with headphone output jacks for privacy. The Hydrive combos don't have headphone outputs.

  4. Hi Sparky, how do you compare HA500 + 210XL vs Combo HyDrive 115C/210C. Both of these config adds up to almost the same price here, with the 112c at a tad cheaper.

I just had my first gig 2 weeks ago and considering an upgrade from my 15W practice amp.

I was bummed when my Hydrive came w/o headphones, but I used the DI into a cheap mixer so that I can play through the "shape," equalizers, and overdrive into my headphones (and mix it with drums from laptop software).

I have the 115c and I find that at the volumes that make it really shine tone-wise (love how it sounds, btw), it is maybe a tad too loud for playing at home (found some angry notes from neighbors in the mailbox, hahah!). It's absolutely awesome for medium-sized venues. The 112c sounds like it could be right up your alley.
