Cant find a whole lot of input on these guys

Are they good? particularly the vx115 and the vx410, can their paper drivers hold up like there aluminum drivers, or is the price right on the money and cheap for a reason?

Wrong forum AND a double post, both fixed...
  3. Ok, take it for what it's worth...

I'd pay next to nothing for a brand new Hartke VX anything.

I'd pay good cheese for a used 210 or 410 Hartke Aluminum cabinet.

Something about Hartke cabinets with 10" aluminum speax.... that I like. The tone.

Other mfr's do good with paper drivers, SWR, Eden, Aguilar, Epi, etc.

:bassist: i rather buy Gallien Krueger or Ampeg because ive used them... and these amps really kick a serious butt!.

by the way, a few days ago i went into a bass amplification page called Phil Jones Bass... who knows who the hell is this guy??. I saw the products and there was a 700W RMS combo with 6x5" speakers!.

This guys are mad!. anyway, i like GK and Ampeg:D

    want to sell?

  8. Word on the street was that some didn't like the VX cab's sound. Glad you're happy with yours. Who knows, maybe I'll get a chance to gig with one and I'll like it as well.

Just like some hate the aluminum sound, some dig it.
