These cabs are so cheap that you'd think that more people would use them.

I remember one TBer saying that he should have bought an Avatar 410 rather than the VX, but I don't seem to recall if he said why.

So, are there any VX users out there???? If so, please let us hear from you.

I played through the 410 briefly and found it to be pretty dark sounding. IIRC the tweeter was turned up and I had a pretty neutral setting on the Hartke head sitting on top...don't know Hartke amps though...

    i have the 4x10

i should have gone with an avatar in the first place (my avatar is being shipped to me today)

i am going to get with of my hartke - i just don't like the way it sounds and only rated at 400watts

at 8ohms, i can only put out 280watts or 700watts

280 is not enough and 700 is to much for the cab

i'm going to get rid of it locally so i can get a 15"

this is an AB of my Avatar and Hartke 410VX

i should have more info later.

don't get a VX - it's really not up to hartke "pro" standards

get an avatar for bout' $80 more - you will be very happy with the Avatar - plus if there is something wrong, call Dave at Avatar he built it. his customer service is awesome. if there is something wrong with the hartke who are you going to call?
