If so, what do you think of them? Are they really lighter?
I'm interested in the 2x15 Road Ready and the 2x10 Road Ready.
  2. I had a chance to try a 1x15(brand new)I must admit I was impressed.I already own a 2x15 and a 2x10(both road ready...and older)the single 15 moved almost as much air as my 2x15...and I love the new speaker grills and casters(that slide trac idea is the best thing since canned beer!!)

How do Mesa's proprietary speakers compare to the old EVs?

    Not anymore.
  6. I thought all mesa bass cabs were EV equipped...all others I've seen are....mine are....If there not I don't imagine mesa would use crappy drivers..there most likely to the same specs as the EV's...I know that my cabs kick ass......

Old Mesas used EVs, more recent ones used PAS, and the new ones use Mesa.
