Has anyone played both Birdsong and Serek basses? How do they compare?

    I'm a long time fan of Birdsong basses, and while I am in no way disappointed with them I am always looking at what else is out there to add to the collection.

    I have come across Serek basses, and they seem to have a similar vibe to the Birdsong basses.

    Has anyone played both of these? If so I would be very interested in hearing your thoughts.

    Interesting comparison. I know nothing personally about either of them, but they're both "on my list" from the pics and reviews here. :)

    I'm listening to a demo of the Sacramento semi hollow body right now, I think it has a nice thumpy round sound characteristic of that build not unlike the Jack Casady Epiphone.
