I just got my geddy today after years of wanting one. While i was playing it, i was wondering if anyone's ever relic'd theirs. Im NOT thinking of doing this to my geddy, but i was just wondering whether or not anyone ever has and if they had, where i could find pictures?

    Geddy has....

The way he did it is the best way for you to do it. Play it for about 20 years.
    :D

Seriously though if you aim to relic it, check out a lot of the pics of Ged's main bass. I am assuming that is what you are looking to emulate anyway. You will need extra screw holes where the old pickup and bridge covers were. If you do relic it, don't go apepoopie and overdo it. Geddy's bass is an example of just how good a 36 year old bass can look.....and sound....

Geddy's bass looks pretty good. No sand papered edges. Oh and he has a brand new neck.
