ok, well when I turn on my amp, sometimes the clean channel is really soft and distorted. Then today I was playing and trying to see what was wrong and I was looking on the back of the amp. I touched the spring reverb case and it shocked me. Not bad but I could feel it. But it only shocks me when I am touching the strings. If anyone could give me some help it would be greatly appreciated.

May I be the first to ask you the most basic question:

What model amp are you talking about????

Might want to try an inquiry on a guitar forum for that. I doubt many of the bassists here have even seen one . . .
