headless bass bridge?

    Well today was a sad day, i snapped a neck between "a" and "d" tuners on a fender bass, but this lets me try somethign i always wanted to do is try and make a headless bass, is there a bridge that has those tuners on it?, also how about the nut?

    Headless fender?! Sounds cool! But yes, its available and shouldn't be too difficult finding headless hardware.

    dguitarparts.com would be another source. I'm guessing the body will probably need at least some modification to accommodate a headless bridge, though.
