This 1989 Heartfield DR6C 6-String bass guitar is Used but in Good to Very Good Condition. Just some finish checking and light nicks / wear from normal use (no major dings or dents) and a missing plastic cap on one of the knobs. The back of the neck is very smooth, the fingerboard was cleaned and oiled, the frets are in excellent condition with just some light string wear (no grooves or flat spots). The bass was just setup with DR stainless steel 30-130 strings with VERY low action (truss rod and saddle screws all turn smoothly). A non-original TKL molded hardshell case is included. The Heartfield was a joint venture by Fender and Fujigen Gakki (Ibanez) from 1989-1993. It was Fender's attempt to build more modern, Japanese made instruments that didn't fit into the Fender brand. The DR-6C features a neck-through-body design with active electronics and rare Low-Z XLR output (low impedence for studio and stage use).
