  2. Headbangers in leather!!!!

Lol saw the film in the cinema, even though I was under age.

Later on we did Sammy’s song in regular rotation in a coverband. Actually a pretty hard song to play right and get the feel.

As far as the movie goes, at one time I could recite most of the lines through the entire thing.

Agreed. His other song on the album, All of You, is also a fantastic song

Been awhile since I watched that, guess I'll correct that tonight!
Saw it when it opened and have had a copy in my video collection ever since it became available.
    Love that movie.

  9. Saw it at the drive in on a twin bill with Fast Times.
Rode in a friend’s van with a pony keg. Got there, had a keg party at the drive in!
Nobody cared, no big deal. Different world.

  10. Blast from the past!!! :D

Love it! I watched in the cinema back in 1986 or 1987 and many years later got the DVD. It's dated, for sure, but in a very good way.

I recall seeing this at a drive in when it came out. Great soundtrack. If memory serves wasn't there a track by Black Sabbath? Mob Rule? It has been too many years. Used to spend most summer Friday nights at the drive in with friends. Thanks for reminding me KBD, Great times.

Saw that HDNet Movies or AXSTV (one of Mark Cuban's channels) recently aired it as part of a "cult classic" night.

Ah, now there was a classic.
I had it playing just last night, as it happens.

One of the stupidest royalties arguments ever, as I recall: arguing over percentages meant that nobody got much of anything. I remember the DVD finally coming out, and wondering how much of the market was still breathing after so many years.

  18. My band did "Radar Rider" last year. Awesome song.

And here's the updated version of the opening.
