    I have a Dean acoustic fretless bass with flatwound strings on it, And I am looking for a stand that I can have it stand like an upright bass. Think Nbrace for A guitar but vertical instead of the more horizontal position. I mostly play my eletric basses, but for the “upright” songs I can just walk up to it, play, and then return to my Fender. I might have to modify a guitar stand because I can’t find anything online. Any suggestions????!

    I've seen stands like that, but they were all custom builds, as far as I know. Well, EUBs sometimes come with stands, maybe you could adapt one?

    I once had an electric upright a long time ago and needed to sell it. Don’t want to spend the money for another, but like playing in that position. I use the side of my fingers to get a fuller sound and it is easier playing vertically.
