    Hey everyone! I'm selling a Helicore Pizzicato set. The strings are unopened and are brand new, but I'm selling them for 107 free shipping. Never even took the strings out of the plastic. This will save you a bit of money vs buying it in a store or online. Thanks!

    Hi Mark. Funny running into you on this website! I still have them. Still unopened. I tried helicore pizzicatos a couple times on basses I have borrowed. I tried them a few days ago on Dave Holland's old bass because Jeff Campbell let me borrow one of his basses for the audition day. They sounded really good for jazz, but they were a little rough with the bow. If I remember correctly, the Spircore mittels weren't as scratchy and had a little more sustain. I never put helicore pizz on because I've always had Spirocore mittels, and I've heard better things about mittels than helicores. Could you email me about this set please? I would love to have you try them, but it would also be cool to sell them unopened.
