HELP!!! Cab fabrication related

    I need you guys help me i have to hand one of my essays about a fictional project, i chose to make a 2x10 cab and since most of the info i got was from here i have no books i can relate it to.

    So what im asking is the tittles and authors of some cabinet building books so i can use them as reference.

    This is slightly off topic from your intended question.

    I did the same exact thing. I found the single best solution was to go to a speaker only (not guitar.. not pro audio - speakers)

    They'll help select the speakers.. they'll show hardware options.. they'll talk about real life failures.. and design the box with you.

    I had an issue that I needed a very specific foot print.

    I tried the books and software and just got more confused.

    I'd put our 2x10 cabinet up against any $1000+ design.

    The biggest benefit was they could help spec, locate and rebuild some VERY high end speakers that would have been $$$$$$$$$$$ to buy.

    A while back a greenboy posted some plans for a ported 3-way 15 - mid - horn cab. Very nice blue prints, if built to spec it would be an awesome cab. @ some point I think I will start my first "homemade" cab based on thoses plans.

    Check out the EMINENCE web site-depending on the type of drivers U used. Or the Celestion site etc... WinISD is also a site that supplies info re... can't these sites be listed as references??
