Im building a 1x15" cab and plan to ad a 6" for highs. The 15 is a Beyma 15G40 and for the 6" Im looking at either the Beyma 6MI90 or the Eminence alpha 6. Will the Beyma sound much better? Will the dispersions be different since the Beyma has this big pointy cone in the middle of the driver? What exactly does that thing do?

Reason for asking is that the Alpha cost €36 and the Beyma €75 and if I´ll get about the same result I´d rather save my money.

  4. I own four of the Alpha 6, and the Beyma is a whole lot more driver. Hence the higher price.
