I need help finding a good amp for less than $300 or just a smidge over it. Right now i'm playing on a 20 watt peice of junk (i'm near crying just thinking about it). I really need some help finding something, thanks everyone that helps, or at least thinks about helping.

I'll concur, the Ampeg B100R of BA-115 are two outstanding combos, especially for 250.
  4. I always recommend that you get a used Hartke 3500 head or combo/airhead. I got mine for just over $250. You can get a used PV 115 BW for around $150. used. This setup would carry you a LONG way before upgrading. It has killer power and tone for CHEAP.
  5. B100 is a great amp, at any price. Looks cool too. If you want new, try to get an Ashdown EB 112 150 or 180. The former is british made and the latter is chinese.
