I'm a newbie....Which one of these would you choose and why?

    Warwick Rockbass Streamer 5

    or

FENDER Mexico Standard Series Jazz Bass

  2. Hi!

I would choose the fender, because I'm personnaly more at ease with fender basses than warwick's!
Prefer the sound of fenders too!

But it depends of what you tried (both?), what you're playing, what were your feelings while trying those basses, I advice you to take the one where you feel the most at ease with everything!

    That's just my humble opinion!

    Hmm,

Have you decided whether you want active electronics, or not?

If active electronics are important to you, get the Rockbass. else, get the Fender.

    Well then...

That said, do you have access to an example of each one... Head to your local music shop, & give them a test drive.
