    Hi everyone, I'm looking at upgrading my bass amp for one with a bit more headroom with less weight for use in a small venue cover band. I'm currently using an Ashdown EB180 combo and have narrowed it down to a selection of about 5 amps, mostly heads, with the plan of running it through a 1x15 cab. My budget is £350, and I hope to go and try them all out in store. Previously I've tested the Ampeg and TC amps and liked them both but I've not had a chance to play through them with my main bass. I've made a poll but feel free to suggest any other amps. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

    No longer the flavor of the month but I still love my Markbass Jeff Berlin combo with the Little Mark II head. Paired with the NY151 extention cab , I'm happy. Of your list probably the Ampeg.

    I was going to buy a cheap Ashdown or Hartke 1x15 unless I can find something better second hand I think.
