Help Me ID Some Strings! Possibly D'Addario Half Rounds?

    Hey yall! I need a little bit of help identifying some strings that came on my DJ5 when I bought it used. I really like them but they were installed through-body (not quite long enough), so I need to get another pair.

    What I know:
    -Typical D'Addario end ball colors (green, black, red, brass, purple)
    -Much smoother/less rough to the touch than the Rotosound 66s I have on other nearby basses
    -Blue thread toward the end of each side of the string
    -Not nearly as bright as the Rotosounds, fairly thumpy (unfortunately I'm not well-versed in flats so I don't know exactly what they should sound like)

    Anybody have any idea? D'Addario customer service seems to be allergic to answering the phone or returning calls, so I'm turning to you fine people. Thanks!

    For sure? Are they the only ones with the blue threading?

    Yes and yes. There are other flats with blue silk but not with those D'A color-coded ball ends.

    so you've established the info of the Chromes. But why did you say they weren't long enough on thru body stringing? Your headstock picture is showing that they are okay.
