Help me identify this bass :)

Ok I am in the search of a new bass and stumbled upon this on evilbay.

The seller has listed it as a 62 reissue, however I haven't ever seen the painted headstock on any 62 reissues? only 65 reissues.

Anyone have any idea what the body wood is? US pickups? name of the model?
