    Guys...

so my MM is selling off and I am left with my fless Godin a5 while my Bena Vortex 6 is still on production. Meanwhile I need a 4-5 string decent good back-up bass. I am looking for a fender..

should i .. go Geddy Lee..
or get any of those MIJ basses online?
    what are their site?

    thanks,
    johan

  2. Why aren't you keeping the SR5 until you get the Vortex then?

i would say.. maybe no more than 700
    preferably about 550-650ish range

    and .. preferable a fender :D

  6. I'm assuming you'd prefer a Jazz too? Is there a Fender retailer near you where you could try out some basses?

There's MIJ Fender Fotoflame P-bass in the For Sale forum. Great price...

Awesome tone, and very playable. Though the neck is a bit on the slimey side...

    6 to ten inches?

That's a bit short 'scale' for my taste.
