Help needed from Japanese Fender conoisseurs.

    Little help needed for a friend.
    He just bought a nice Japanese P Bass and would like more info on it. Maybe general quality of era, market value and stuff like that.
    Serial number is E845694, which means it was made between 1984-1987.
    Since "no pic no bass" is a known TB rule, here we go:

    Looks like a nice bass. Japanese Fenders are known to be of excellent quality. I have a CIJ Jazz that is every bit as good as my MIA. You already know the age, and the market value is whatever he paid for it.
