    Good luck. ABSYNTH depends on a COSM model that sounds a lot like a bowed pipe, running through an attack pitch bend and filers, and a Bi-stage phaser that's stepped to a beat. It also has delay.

    Fuzz/Distortion > Sample & Hold Filter > Delay

    (Maybe a little octave down thrown in there)

  6. oh well thanks anyway.

    think itll be awhile before i could afford one of these for myself...

  7. yeah, the first thing i would look for is a sample and hold filter, zvex makes an expensive on and i believe there is one on the line 6 fm-4 filter and then put a heavy distortion before it...that is what i can guess so far...nieozero sounds right :)

    Well, take the effects away and the bowed pipe sounds very little like either fuzz or distortion. But - ; }

    Well, good luck plugging a bowed pipe into all that, then.
