Someone is selling me this amp swr 8004 and have never played on it. Can someone give me some feedback on this matter. I plan on using it on my GK 4x10's. :bassist:

No experiance with it, but it does put out alot of power, 700 or 800 watts I'm thinking 800 just because of the name 8008.

If you can try and play it before you buy it that would be good too.

  3. That's a nice solid state amp. How much is he asking?

  4. as far as i understand thats a pretty rare head. If you like the SWR sound I'd get it. If its good enough for Rocco im sure it will be good enough for you. I have a Rocco-signed ticket stub on my 4004 and now I've got the POWER!.

    I think he's asking around $400 -$450. It's that ok? :eyebrow:

    Dang thats a steal dude!

I'd imagine that the head you are talking about retailed for 900$ or so.

I might be wrong but thats a good deal for 800 watts.
