Help to identify "Cort by Westheimer" but what model?

Hi I just bought and fixed up this 4 string active bass but cant identify the model. It has Cort by Westheimer on the he adstock. Cort say its probably pre '96 and may be the Active. Is it a standard bridge? Any help to identify it greatly appreciated..
