Help with Eden WT1000 poweramp

Purchased an Eden 210XLT which I hook up to an Eden WT1000, and Alembic F1-X preamp. Recently, the 210 has started randomly booming when everything is powered up. I've basically traced this to the poweramp, and am wondering what I'm doing wrong.

I'm loacted in Singapore, and purchased the WT1000 in the US. It has been wired for 220V by Eden. I suspect that:

    a) I'm doing something incredibly stupid, or
    b) We've been getting power surges in our apartment, recently, and the WT is more sensitive than my blender and toaster oven.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Can the 210 handle the power going into it?

I would have assumed this would be a problem at the start, but I had already used this piece of equipment for 5 months before this problem started showing up... which is strange. The 210XLT is rated at 4ohm/350W.
